  • Photograph of Model Reference and Serial Number(can be found on the side of the unit)
  • Photograph of Installed Aquarea Outdoor Unit and Older Boiler (before replacement)
  • Cloud Device ID (found within the CZ TAW1 box)
  • Model Reference
  • Serial Number
  • Installer Company Name
  • An email address - This will be used to communicate claim updates to you
